Who we are

What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Optionally, your city and the kinds of art you are interested in.
- The date of your sign-up, the wording you agreed to and the IP address used, as proof of your consent.
- Where you signed up from (our website or an Instagram/Facebook form).
Why we use it
Only to send you the Origenius Art monthly email: the works on show in our virtual gallery that month, with their price and a link to acquire them, and the PDF catalogue. One email a month. The legal basis is your consent.
Who sees it
Your details are stored in our own database and sent through our email provider [e.g. Brevo, France], only to deliver our emails. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as you stay in the Circle. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away and delete your details within 3 years at the latest, keeping only what is needed to respect your choice.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@origenius.one. If you are in the EU, you can complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
